The BSD Balaclava is arc rated to 16.0 cal/cm² or 33.0 cal/cm² and offers coverage that extends right down to the shoulders. It is light in weight and is incredibly comfortable to wear. The BSD Balaclava can be used in conjunction with our range of Arc Flash Helmets & Visors.
The BSD Cooling Vest works similarly to the human body, it acts to stabilize the temperature through water evaporation on the skin. The highly innovative fabric absorbs water and keeps the wearers body and clothing cool and dry. This cooling effect continues for up to 20 hours, this is dependent on the temperature. The cooling takes place on the level of the standard temperature distribution. (approx 28-32 °C)

The BSD Knee Pads are designed for use with Arc Flash Clothing to provide extra comfort when kneeling down. They are constructed from 100 % polyethylene and are extremely breathable.
